Getting approved
Apply with your store name, what you sell, and where you ship from. We review by hand, usually within two business days. You can set products up while you wait — they simply stay as drafts until the store is approved.
Listing a product
- Photographs matter more than anything else. Natural light, plain background, several angles. The first photo is the one people see in search
- Describe it honestly. Size, materials, what is in the box. Most returns come from a description that left something out
- Set the ships-from parish correctly. It decides the delivery quote the buyer sees
- Keep stock accurate. Selling something you do not have is the fastest way to lose a customer
Pricing
Price the item, not the delivery — that is quoted separately and paid by the buyer. If you use a compare-at price, it has to be a price the item genuinely sold at. Invented discounts get the store suspended.
When an order comes in
- Pack it and mark it shipped within one business day where you can
- Add the tracking number so the buyer can follow it
- Tell the buyer early if something will be late
Reviews
Only people who actually bought the item can review it. You can reply once to any review. A calm, specific reply to a bad review reads better to future buyers than no reply at all.
What gets a store suspended
- Listing things you cannot supply
- Counterfeit or misrepresented goods
- Invented compare-at prices
- Repeatedly missing dispatch times without telling anyone
