What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who is subject to their own controls.
Vendors receive the delivery details for orders they are fulfilling, and nothing more — not your other orders, and not your email beyond what is needed to reach you about that order.
Our delivery partner receives what is required to bring the parcel to you.
Service providers who host the site, store the database and send our email operate on our instructions.
We do not sell your data. We never have and will not.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cart — the site cannot work without them. Optional ones help us understand what people shop for. You are asked when you first visit, and declining the optional ones leaves everything working.
Under Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020, you may ask us to:
Write to help@tootoo4.shop and we will respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to keep order records even after an account is deleted, for the reason given above.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is restricted by row-level rules, so one account cannot read another’s orders or addresses. Passwords are hashed and cannot be recovered by us or anyone else — only reset.
tootoo4 is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will remove it.
We will post changes here with a new date. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you directly.
Questions or a request about your data: help@tootoo4.shop. See also our terms of use.
