Fees and payouts

What it costs

We take 10% of each completed sale. That covers the storefront, payment handling and support. Nothing is charged for listing a product, and there is no subscription.

Delivery is separate

Delivery is charged to the buyer and does not come out of your share. You set which parish you ship from; we quote the buyer from there.

GCT

General Consumption Tax of 15% is applied at checkout on taxable goods and is the buyer’s cost, not yours. Whether you are required to register for GCT is between you and Tax Administration Jamaica.

Getting paid

• Payouts go to a Jamaican bank account in your store’s name
• A sale becomes payable once it has been delivered and the return window has passed
• You can see what is owed and what has been paid under payouts in your dashboard

Your TRN is needed before the first payout. You can add it when you apply or later from your store profile.
