These terms cover using tootoo4, whether you are buying or selling.

tootoo4 is a marketplace operating in Jamaica. We provide the platform; the goods themselves are sold by independent vendors. When you buy something, your contract for that item is with the vendor, and we are responsible for the service around it.
Prices are in Jamaican dollars and include the vendor’s price for the item. Delivery is quoted separately by parish and shown before you pay. General Consumption Tax is applied at checkout where it applies.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when the vendor confirms it. If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we may cancel and refund you in full.
Your rights when something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described are set out in returns.
Stores are reviewed before they can list. By selling on tootoo4 you agree that:
We may suspend or remove a store that lists goods it cannot supply, misrepresents them, or repeatedly fails to deliver.
Reviews, photographs and store descriptions remain yours. You give us permission to display them on tootoo4. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or plainly false.
We take responsibility for the platform and the service we provide. We are not the manufacturer of the goods, and our liability for a defective item is limited to the remedies described in returns — repair, replacement or refund. Nothing here limits rights you have under Jamaican consumer law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and where the change affects you significantly we will tell you directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction over any dispute.
