We deliver to all fourteen parishes. What it costs and how long it takes depends on where you are.
Delivery is worked out by zone. You will see the exact cost for your parish on every product page and again at checkout, before you pay.

Orders over $15,000 are delivered free, to any parish. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
The times above start when the vendor hands the parcel over, not when you place the order. Most vendors dispatch within a day; a few make to order and will say so on the product page.
You can follow an order at any time from your orders.
tootoo4 is a marketplace, so one order can contain items from different stores. Those parcels travel separately and may arrive on different days. You are only charged delivery once.
If an order passes its window, contact us and we will chase it with the vendor. Every store on tootoo4 is reviewed before it can list, and we step in when something goes wrong.
