If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what was described, you are covered.
You have seven days from delivery to report a problem. Tell us what is wrong and we work it out with the vendor — a replacement, a repair, or your money back.
Vendors may be more generous than this. Anything extra they offer is shown on the product page.
Keep the item and its packaging until it is resolved. We may need it returned, and the vendor covers that cost when the fault is theirs.
Refunds go back the way you paid. Once approved, allow a few working days for it to appear — bank timing is outside our control.
